Been developing depression since being about 13 yrs old, feeling like i'm heading towards killing myself eventually in some distant future, with ocassional few weeks/days periods where i actually felt depressed enough to fill like i could just kill myself already since i see less and less hope. Reason being my poor social skills, social anxiety, having patologic and not loving father, and some else. As the years were passing the hope was becoming lesser and lesser, and around reaching 19 birthdays when i went to college i started to loose almost all of the hope left, and through reaching this 'bottom' i started to accept that and simply not care/have no expectations, which helped me to go on, but didnt diminish the size/power of the root cause. About few months ago i started to eat more healthy, do very little excercise nut every day, set up a morning and evening routine, started focusing my mind on the things around me to notice and appreciate the world around me, as well as started taking 2k units dose of d3 daily. It all made me actually be more proactive and having a really good mood on the daily basis (this one is heavily impacted due to taking vit d3. Noticedba serious drop down in mood quality and will to act when i took 2-week break from it to not let my body get used to it and stop processing it, and started feeling good the next day i started taking it again). All in the paragraph above was a progressive result of starting to use Faboulous app on android, meant to help you develop healthy/positive habits. I recommend a lot to give it a try. Here i am, on my way to stick to the up curve, but still with the social issues around me just waiting to bring back the depression to its fullness if i just let it.
